Learn how you can use Cereba.ai to automatically respond to Facebook comments.

Maximize customer interaction on social media by integrating Cereba AI with your GoHighLevel workflows, specifically tailored for managing Facebook Comments effectively. This guide will help you set up automated, AI-driven interactions for Facebook Comments.

Before Getting Started

  • Ensure you've added the Cereba Custom Fields within the Cereba App.

How Cereba Enhances Your HighLevel Workflows

With Cereba’s integration, you can automate responses to Facebook Comments, enriching user engagement and streamlining the process of booking appointments and more.

Creating Essential Workflows

You'll need two main workflows:

Workflow 1: Process Message with Cereba AI

This workflow manages the reception and processing of messages from Facebook Comments.

Step 1: Create a New Workflow

  • Navigate to "Workflows" in GoHighLevel and click "Create Workflow."
  • Name your workflow "Cereba AI - Process Message."

Step 2: Set the Workflow Trigger

  • Choose "Facebook - Comment(s) on a Post" from the "Workflow Trigger" dropdown.
  • Add any necessary filters to specify pages or types of posts.

Step 3: Add 'Send to Cereba' Webhook Action

  • Configure a Webhook action.
  • Use POST method with the URL: https://api.cereba.ai/message/new

Workflow 2: Send Cereba AI Response

So with this one, it’s a little different than the standard way of sending your Cereba AI responses. In order to use HighLevel’s “Facebook Respond on Comment” action, you need to have the Facebook Comment(s) on Post Trigger on the same workflow.

But don’t worry, there’s a very simple way to handle this. Just add the trigger, and a simple condition looking for contacts coming into the workflow with that trigger, and set up a 1 minute wait step. This will give Cereba time to process so that HighLevel can send the updated message back to the contact. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Create a New Workflow

  • Name it "Cereba AI - Send Message."

Step 2: Set the Workflow Trigger

  • Use "Facebook Comment on a Post" as your trigger to ensure the action responds correctly in the Facebook comments.

Step 3: Add a simple If condition

  • Add an If condition looking for contacts that come from the “Facebook Comment on a Post” trigger

Step 3: Add Action to Respond on Comment

  • Insert a "Wait 1 minute" step before responding to ensure Cereba has enough time to process the message.
  • Use the "Respond On Comment" action to send the Cereba AI response, utilizing the "contact.cereba_response" custom field for the message content.

Testing and Troubleshooting

  • Test the setup by making a comment on a Facebook post configured in your trigger settings.
  • Check to ensure the Facebook posts you are handling responses with are listed in the trigger.
  • Monitor the automated responses to ensure they are correctly routed and appropriately formatted.
  • Check settings such as "Cereba Disabled" and confirm it's not activated for the contact.
  • Review the webhook and message settings to ensure they are correct.

Conclusion

With Cereba.ai configured for Facebook Comments on GoHighLevel, you enhance customer engagement without the need for extensive coding or AI expertise. This setup not only improves interaction efficiency but also allows your team to focus more on strategic business activities.
